Devin Hallford

Devin Hallford

General Manager

Devin was born in Indiana but grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He began working in hospitality at the age of 15 as the only support staff member for a team of servers in a very high volume establishment. Devin began working at El Farol, an iconic staple in the heart of Canyon Road, Santa Fe’s art district in 2007. He began as a busser but was quickly serving, training staff and learning to bartend. In 2010 he relocated to Boulder, CO. Between 2011-2012 he was managing the supplements department for Sprouts before returning to hospitality. He began working at Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant and took over the bar program – creating an inventive, locally-focused bar program that utilized housemade syrups, bitters, mixers, aperitifs, and garnishes. He moved to Denver in 2014 and started working at Tengu, quickly moving up to AGM. In 2015 he began bartending in downtown Denver before moving on to join Fish N Beer in the summer of 2017. His primary focus is an education in all realms of the restaurant for staff, developing culture and creating a team-focused environment. Devin’s management style is inclusive and democratic – staff are encouraged to take ownership and be a part of the bigger picture – and his strengths are work ethic, problem-solving, planning and an obsession with details.

Antonio Herrera Ramirez

I started cooking when l was a little boy. I helped my mother to cook…when I finished school I moved to the city. I started to work in the resort in Babaro Punta Cana and I came to love the culinary arts.

In 2007 I decided to move to the US because I thought I could have good opportunities to continue my future.

I moved to the Virgin Islands in the Caribbean. It is a beautiful island to live and use any talent you have.

But life can change in a minute. On September 7th 2017 hurricane Irma and Maria destroyed the island. In this moment I said life has to continue. That is why I moved to Colorado to continue my life again!
