If you haven’t heard of a magazine called The Week, you could be forgiven. If you’re confused about its connection to seafood in Denver…doubly so. So here’s a little background. The Week is a nationally distributed, and critically acclaimed publication that is basically a collection of the best, or most interesting things, going on across the nation and throughout the world. In the March 17 issue, they gave Fish N BEer props in Critic’s Choice article “Casual Seafood That Surprises” which showcases worthwhile seafood in unexpected places. Don’t have a subscription?
