Fresh Seafood in Denver?

Hell yes, you can get fresh seafood in Denver. Our approach is simple...let fresh fish and beer be the star. We ship the highest quality seafood direct from both coasts to our kitchen, developing the menu around what is fresh at the moment. We work with our friends in the local cheese, bakery, and farming industries to create seasonal starters and side dishes that are great for grazing.

Our certified beer specialist shares the same passion for our beer selection. We have 16 beers on tap to showcase the flavor profiles that enhance our fish. Things change in the beer world as often as they do in the ocean, so don't expect to see the same lineup week to week. We also craft a mean cocktail and provide a small but well-balanced wine list featuring some local favorites as well.  We like to keep it unassuming, yet creative–our focus is on the fish. And beer.

  • Expertly Prepared fish

Whether it's pan-roasted, fried, or wood-grilled (our house specialty) you get the best preparation of what is in season. Though our cooking methods are consistent, the fish and flavors can change with the tide.

  • Fresh Oysters

We're crazy about oysters, from East coast to West coast. To keep it fresh, these little jewels change frequently, so come in and check out what we are shucking.

Super-Chill Environment

Nothing against traditional fish joints, but this isn't your granddads crab shack. We crossed warm & rustic with a touch of industrial. FNB feels right at home in the RiNo neighborhood.
