We have limited seating inside, for obvious reasons, but why not dine al fresco (that's fancy for "eat outside") right across the street at RiNo Eats! We're using the outdoor seating next to the Exdo Center to supplement our in-house seating. We feature rotating varieties of east and west-coast oysters. While every oyster has its unique qualities here are some general differences:

East Coast*
East Coast Oysters hold a much brinier and savory flavor than the West Coast oysters. Generally speaking, the East Coast Oysters have smooth shells with a teardrop shape and are generally named after the region they are grown in  MP

West Coast oysters have what most would describe as a “melon” or “cucumber” note accenting their mild sweet and salty presence. Notable deeper cups and ridged edges form with this species allowing a more dense oyster to grow inside  MP
